The Neighborhood Developer Program supports the revitalization of the 6th Avenue Corridor and the surrounding Riverbend and Cheatom Park Neighborhoods by strategically acquiring vacant, blighted, and underutilized properties and guiding their redevelopment.
Through this program, 6AC partners with builders, emerging developers, contractors, and local nonprofits to transform distressed properties into safe, vibrant, and productive community assets. When appropriate, 6AC may also lead development directly to ensure high-quality, community-focused outcomes.
